Comprehensive Training & Techniques

Structured Approach to Chronic Upper-Body Conditions
This module provides a clear framework for working with long-standing upper-body issues that don’t respond well to standard techniques. You’ll learn how to address interconnected patterns across the face, cranium, neck, breath, and arms, using an approach that brings clarity and precision to your sessions.

Integrated Techniques for Effective Treatment
You’ll explore the spatial relationships within the torso and how they influence therapeutic choices, gaining tools to work more intelligently with the body. Through fascial network treatment and soft listening techniques, you’ll discover ways to create deep relief in breathing structures while supporting clients in processing tension, shock, and trauma.

Deep Bodywork, Psychology & Skill Integration

Functional Anatomy & Emotional Understanding
This section deepens your knowledge of the fascial and muscular systems involved in breathing and upper-body expression. You’ll study how these structures relate to internal organs and learn to recognize the emotional and psychological roots of holding patterns, using breath-centered work to support natural trauma release.

Applied Skills for Upper-Body Transformation
With focused practice on the rotator cuff, upper limbs, diaphragm, and ribcage, you’ll develop precise palpation skills and targeted treatment strategies. These techniques help relieve dysfunction in the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, and jaw—including conditions such as TMJ and chronic headaches—while restoring a deeper, freer breath.
