Advanced Bodywork for Trauma Release

Strengthen your therapeutic toolkit with advanced methods designed to address trauma stored in the body. You will learn de-armouring techniques that soften psychological and physical defenses, allowing authentic emotional expression to emerge naturally.

We explore the vagus nerve and the autonomic nervous system to understand how trauma shapes the fight, flight, and freeze responses. You will develop practical skills to help restore regulation and flow in clients whose systems have been disrupted by stress or developmental trauma.
