Myofascial
Energetic
Release

10–16 April 2026

This module refines the natural rhythm of breath through focused work on the rib cage, spine, shoulders, and neck, using hands-on techniques that support energy flow and fluid movement.

Module Inspiration:
Opening the Breath, Thorax
and Diaphragm

This module strengthens the natural flow of breath by working deeply with the rib cage, spine, shoulders, and neck. Through precise manual therapy, participants learn to guide energy, ease movement, and support the breath in a clear, grounded way.

Techniques and Integration

Breath Optimization Methods
Explore practical ways to support and expand the mechanics of inhalation and exhalation. These techniques help clients access fuller, softer breathing and create a stronger therapeutic impact throughout the Myofascial Energetic Release process. You will learn how subtle adjustments in touch, positioning, and pacing can open new pathways for ease and flow.

Structured Session Planning
Develop the ability to weave different approaches into a smooth and effective session structure. This includes learning how to sequence techniques, respond to the client’s breath rhythm, and create treatment plans that offer clarity, consistency, and meaningful results.

Evaluation and Application

Detailed Breath Assessment
Enhance your body-reading skills by observing how the breath moves through essential regions such as the head, neck, ribs, shoulders, and spine. These assessments reveal patterns of restriction and tension, guiding your therapeutic choices and allowing you to work with greater precision.

Integrative Breath & Bodywork
Learn to combine deep tissue techniques with gentle manual work, aligning each intervention with the client’s natural respiratory patterns. This integrative approach allows you to meet clients exactly where they are, offering tailored support that encourages release, balance, and a more harmonious breath.
