Greetings to all fellow seekers of healing and self-discovery!
Your body isn’t just a collection of muscles and bones. It’s one vast, living electrical system - trillions of tiny batteries (your cells) constantly talking through a shimmering web of fascia. In my years of practicing and witnessing MER(Myofascial Energetic Release), I’ve seen something profound again and again: when we gently open the fascia, old emotions that people thought were “just in their head” come flooding out - sometimes as tears, sometimes as a huge exhale, sometimes as pure laughter. The body has been carrying them the whole time.
Let me show you the beautiful science behind it, and more importantly, how you can start releasing these stored emotions yourself.
Your Body Runs on Electrons
Think of your body as a giant battery-powered city. Every cell needs a steady supply of electrons to function. Healthy cells run at about -20 to -25 millivolts. To heal and make new cells, they need to reach around -50 millivolts. When voltage drops, healing stops. Chronic inflammation sets in. Pain lingers. You feel flat, heavy, or stuck.
Where do these electrons come from?
• Gentle, connected movement
• MER Myofascial Energetic Release bodywork
• Infrared light (sunlight or sauna)
• Structured / EZ water
• Time in nature and grounding (bare feet on earth)
These are your daily “chargers.”
Fascia: The Lightning-Fast Semiconductive Highway
Fascia is not just “packaging” around your muscles. It’s a living, semiconductive crystal matrix - one continuous sheet from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. Surrounding every fascial fiber is EZ water (Exclusion Zone water), the fourth phase of water discovered by Dr. Gerald Pollack. This structured, negatively charged gel acts like a battery and a superhighway. Information and energy travel through this fascia-EZ water network almost at the speed of light. Because fascia is also piezoelectric(it generates electricity when gently compressed or stretched), every touch, every breath, every slow movement creates micro-currents that help restore electron flow.
How Emotions Get Stored as “Magnetic Fields”
Here’s where it gets fascinating. Your body is electromagnetic. Every emotion produces a measurable magnetic field. When you feel something fully - joy, anger, grief, fear - the energy moves through you and is naturally discharged. But when emotions are overwhelming(trauma, shock, chronic stress, or even childhood experiences where it wasn’t safe to feel), the body protects you by storing them. These unexpressed emotions become frozen magnetic patterns inside the semiconductive fascia. They literally block the electron highway. Voltage in that area drops. Cells can’t heal. Inflammation becomes chronic. The tissue tightens, dehydrates, and holds the “memory” of the original feeling. This is why old heartbreak can live in your chest for decades, or childhood shame can sit in your jaw and shoulders, or deep fear can freeze your diaphragm so you never quite breathe fully.
Where Emotions Live in the Fascia (Your Personal Body Map)
Biofeedback, somatic research, and clinical experience show clear patterns:
• Anxiety → Lives mainly in the thorax / chest (ribs, diaphragm, intercostals, upper back). You feel tight, armored, shallow breathing - classic fight-or-flight holding.
• Sadness / Grief → Centers around the heart and mid-chest (pectorals, lungs, sometimes throat). That heavy “broken heart” feeling, collapsed posture, weight on the sternum.
• Depression → Often a full-body shutdown: widespread heaviness, numbness, collapsed posture from head to toes. The fascia feels “deadened,” energy flat, like the whole system has gone into dorsal vagal freeze.
• Fear → Upper body and head - raised shoulders, tight neck/jaw, forehead, eyes. The classic “startle” pattern. Chronic fear keeps the head pulled forward and the chest guarded.
• Shame→ Head/face (eyes, forehead, cheeks) and sometimes upper chest. You want to hide, look down, disappear. Flushing, brain fog, shrinking inward.
These aren’t random. They are intelligent protective patterns your body created to keep you safe when you couldn’t process the emotion in the moment.
What Really Happens During MER Release
When I work with clients using slow, listening touch, something magical occurs. The sustained gentle pressure creates piezoelectric charges. EZ water reorganizes. Lymph flows. Tissue rehydrates. Electron supply is restored. And suddenly the stored magnetic field of the old emotion is no longer trapped - it can discharge.
People often cry, shake, laugh, or sigh deeply. Color returns to their face. Shoulders drop. Breathing deepens. They say, “I didn’t even know I was carrying that.”
In one session you’re not just getting a “massage” - you’re getting:
• Nervous system co-regulation
• Trauma discharge
• Piezoelectric electron transfer
• Lymphatic drainage
• Myofascial reorganization
• Natural anti-inflammatory response
Simple Daily Practices to Start Releasing Stored Emotions
You don’t need a practitioner every day. Here are four gentle practices you can do at home:
1. The 3-Minute Emotional Breath Scan
Sit or lie down. Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly. Breathe slowly. Ask silently: “What emotion is living here today?” Notice any tightness, heaviness, heat, or numbness. Breathe into that spot for 10 slow breaths. No need to fix - just witness. This alone begins to restore electron flow.
2. Gentle Fascia Hold for Release
Find a tight or tender spot (chest for grief / anxiety, jaw for fear, forehead for shame). Place your palm or fingertips there with very light pressure. Hold still for 2–3 minutes. Breathe. You may feel warmth, pulsing, softening, or even emotions surfacing. This creates piezoelectric charge and invites the tissue to let go.
3. Grounded Emotional Shake
Stand barefoot on grass or floor. Shake your arms, legs, and whole body gently for1–2 minutes (like a dog shaking off water). Then stand still and notice. This discharges stuck sympathetic energy and resets the fascia.
4. Nature Electron Bath
Walk slowly in the forest or park for 20–40 minutes (combine with your daily forest bathing ritual). Touch trees. Breathe deeply. Let the negative ions and infrared light from the sun recharge your EZ water and fascia. This is one of the most powerful daily “chargers” I know.
The Invitation
Your fascia is not your enemy. It’s been loyally holding everything you couldn’t feel at the time - protecting you until you were ready. Now you are.
Every time you move gently, breathe consciously, touch your body with kindness, or spend time in nature, you are restoring electron flow, rehydrating the fascia, and letting old emotions finally complete their journey and leave.
The tears, the sighs, the spontaneous smiles - they’re not weakness. They’re the sound of your electrical system coming back online.
Start small today. Pick one area that feels heavy. Place your hand there. Breathe. Listen.
Your body has been waiting to tell its story.
Are you ready to listen - and let it go?
